Job description

Very busy Restaurant in ST PETE BEACH with at least 1000 dollars of tips/week. Looking for full and part time help.

· Report to the establishment on time and in uniform

· Provide excellent customer service to all who visit your restaurant.

· Assist customers with their orders by answering

· Take accurate food and beverage orders using a Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate order details to kitchen staff as necessary.

· Check customer's ID if necessary to ensure they are of legal drinking age.

· Prepare ordered drinks: mimosas, bloody Mary, refill customers' drinks (coffee, soft drinks).

· Prepare your toast after registering your order in the POS.

· Serve food and beverage orders to customers.

· Check with customers to make sure they are enjoying their meal and correct any problems.

· Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, remove dirty plates

· Maintain a clean dining room.

· Roll silverware, set up food stations and prepare for the next service.

· Fill condiment containers.

· Must attend food handler certificate & training.
