SUMMARY

Sun & Ski Sports is hiring a Bike Technician! If you love bikes, enjoy helping people, and want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment — we want to meet you. From tune-ups to full builds, you'll keep our customers rolling with expert service and a great attitude. Come join our crew of cycling enthusiasts!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Assemble and adjust bicycles accurately and efficiently, ensuring full equipment integrity.
  • Complete all paperwork and service logs thoroughly and correctly.
  • Report discrepancies and follow proper procedures for timely resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.
  • Identify and report any manufacturer defects, damage, or missing parts before beginning a build.
  • Communicate any unusual issues requiring additional assistance to ensure timely, high-standard completion.
  • Follow all safety guidelines for lifting and using tools and equipment.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of all bike-building standards for various models.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Contributing to sales results by learning product knowledge and services, and communicating these effectively to the customer.
  • Preferred: Bike industry, retail, and/or Customer Service experience.
