A little about this position:
  • Join the team that creates and delivers an extraordinary bike park experience and inspires participants to become lifelong bikers.
  • Teaches & guides all levels of bike lessons to the general public using recognized methodology accepted by PMBIA and IMBA or other recognized organizations.
  • Assist guests with all aspects of bike rental process during lesson downtime.
  • Performs maintenance on bikes to meet our service standards, accurately recording information and signatures to manage risk.
  • Maintain and improve the resort experience through assisting guests in numerous aspects of our summer operations.

Requirements:
  • High School GED or equivalent
  • Experience as a camp councilor, swim coach, day care provider etc are preferred
  • Experience in bike industry preferred
  • Intermediate or above bike handling skills
  • Excelent verbal communication skills are needed
  • An ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
  • Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities.
  • Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds.
  • A passion for working with participants of all ages and abilities in a summer environment is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Must have access to a bike park worthy bike
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • โ€˜Everybody Shovelsโ€™. Other duties will include shoveling snow from trails, covering lunch breaks at kidโ€™s activities etc. Assisting other departments for whatever is needed in numerous aspects of our summer/winter operation.

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $25.00
