We are hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. What You'll Do (and Love Doing):

  • Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience.
  • Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style.
  • Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships.
  • Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations.
  • Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up.
