Salary: $22-$25 Hourly
What Youll Be Doing
Youll work directly with the Regional Sales Manager to run and grow the Everett office:

Operations
- Help manage daily branch activity (dispatch, staffing, client needs)
- Keep things organized, efficient, and moving
- Step in wherever needed this is a hands-on role
Sales Growth
- Support and participate in sales efforts
- Build relationships with clients
- Help identify opportunities to grow accounts
Team Leadership
- Support, coach, and motivate team members
- Help maintain accountability and performance standards
- Contribute to a strong, positive team culture
Recruiting & Staffing
- Help bring in and place the right people in the right roles
- Ensure workers are reliable, prepared, and set up for success
