Job description

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER | FINANCIAL PLANNING PRACTICE

Help great clients feel taken care of — and help a growing financial planning practice run like clockwork.

Synergy Wealth Solutions is posting this opportunity on behalf of one of our top financial advisors in Overland Park, KS. This advisor leads a strong, growing financial planning practice and is looking for a detail-oriented Client Services Manager who can help keep clients well cared for and the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable keeping a lot of moving pieces on track without letting the details slip. You will help manage daily operations, support client service needs, coordinate schedules and follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and help create a smooth experience for both clients and the advisory team. The position is intended to be full-time and in-office, with some flexibility for the right candidate.

We are not looking for someone who wants to simply “process paperwork.” We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, treats clients well, and helps make the office better because they are in it.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

· Genuine care for clients and a desire to do work that matters

· Strong organization skills and the ability to keep priorities, follow-ups and deadlines moving

· Proactive problem-solving style — willing to seek answers, ask good questions and own the next step

· Comfort working within legal, privacy and compliance guidelines

· Proficiency with Word, Excel and business software, plus confidence learning new systems and using a CRM to track tasks, milestones and outcomes

Preferred

· Experience in financial planning, wealth management, insurance or another professional services environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Meticulous attention to detail — the kind where small misses bother you before they bother anyone else

· Ability to multitask, work independently and keep a positive, steady attitude when priorities shift

· Interest in growing with the practice and committing to the role for at least two years

What You'll Do:

· Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, service items, scheduling and follow-up

· Coordinate day-to-day practice operations so client work, meetings and internal tasks stay organized

· Maintain accurate client records, databases and CRM activity

· Track projects, service requests and business activity using Excel and other internal systems

· Support implementation of new products, services and process improvements

· Help ensure client data, documentation and service workflows follow compliance expectations

Why This Role Matters:

The right person in this seat makes clients feel confident, helps the advisor stay focused, and keeps the practice moving forward. Synergy is helping share this opportunity because we believe great advisors need great support around them. If you care about details, communicate well, take ownership and like making things better, we would like to talk.

Pay And Benefits:

The base salary range is $65,000 to $72,000 plus a discretionary annual performance bonus. The position comes with the following benefits:

· Paid Holidays (10 days)

· Paid Time Off (PTO)

· Retirement savings program with firm matching $1 for $1 up to 3% of salary
