CDFW's Data and Technology Division (DTD) is an integral part of the Information Technology (IT) support system and the Information Technology Associate is responsible for providing IT support to the Sacramento Office (HQ)
Under general supervision of IT Supervisor II, this position will typically perform a variety of recurring, well-defined tasks requiring occasional innovative problem-solving within guidelines. This position will act as the primary contact for Sacramento Office (HQ) to resolve local IT issues and will also act as the primary contact for the Headquarters to administrate and support technologies related to conference room meetings. This position must adhere to all Department IT Governance Standards and IT Policies as set by the Department's Chief Information Officer.
Personal Leave Program: Effective July 1, 2025, state employees are subject to temporary salary reductions ranging from 2% to 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program (PLP) hours. Please note that the salary ranges listed in this Job Control may not reflect these reductions associated with the 2025 Personal Leave Program.

Working Conditions
