At Ascentria Care Alliance, we are currently hiring Assignment-Based Resettlement Navigators to support refugees and immigrant families as they transition into their new communities. These flexible, mission-driven opportunities are designed to support periods of increased program demand, community growth, and special initiatives while helping individuals and families build safe, stable, and independent lives.

About the Role

Resettlement Navigators serve as a central point of support for refugee and immigrant families by helping connect them to housing, healthcare, employment, education, benefits, and community resources.

In this role, you may:

  • Coordinate resettlement services and community referrals
  • Support individuals and families through cultural adjustment and integration
  • Assist with housing, transportation, appointments, and service navigation
  • Collaborate with community partners and internal teams
  • Help clients work toward long-term self-sufficiency and stability
  • Maintain case documentation and service records
