ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2019 after spending time in medical sales, where I was recruited by State Farm and drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own. I'm a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, played rugby in college, and still love anything sports-related. Our team includes four members, and we've intentionally built an office that feels nothing like corporate America - it's flexible, relaxed, and built on good vibes, while still getting serious results. I also stay involved in the community as president of the Exchange Club, which reflects our commitment to service beyond the office.
We offer PTO, health benefits, a strong work-life balance, and a hiring bonus. We're looking for someone with hunger, grit, and a sense of urgency - a true go-getter who thrives in a laid-back environment that values effort and results.
