Job Summary:
Reid Middleton, Inc. is a civil and structural engineering firm with a long history of service to clients. They are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide desktop support and assist with IT troubleshooting and issues.
Responsibilities:
• provide in-depth desktop support to the users
• assist the IT Administrator with troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of both PC and network problems
• work closely with the IT Administrator on day-to-day tasks
• give technical support, by phone or in person
• troubleshoot network issues as they arise
Qualifications:
Required:
• Associates degree in Information Systems, or Computer Science (or related field) from an accredited two-year college or 1 year plus experience with A+ certification
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Windows networks and workstations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Lift a minimum of 25lbs.
Preferred:
• Basic Windows Server and AEC Autodesks software experience preferred
