Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team working in Silverdale, WA. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
* Modernize key infrastructure components
* Monitor system performance and report on risks/issues
* Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system
* Provide technical support as needed
* Document processes and procedures for customers to follow
* Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards
* Travel up to 25% Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree in technical field
* 5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems
* Must possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+
* Must have prior experience with SQL and database operations
* Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues Preferred Qualifications: * AWS certification
* Experience with AWS cloud migration
* Skills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
* Experience with business process engineering Clearance Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
