Job Summary
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create an exceptional vehicle-buying experience that turns customers into lifelong relationships. You will receive extensive training on our products, technology, and sales process to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options
- Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
- Follow up with previous and prospective customers using dealership CRM systems
- Stay current on new products, features, and accessories
- Attend product and training courses
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer competency and basic math skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
