Job description

Hedis Record Reviewer

The Hedis Record Reviewer performs accurate and efficient medical record review and abstraction for Hedis reporting to support client critical quality initiatives. Medical record review and abstraction is performed in the client office and at various provider offices in the community, involves paper and electronic medical records, requires capturing and securing documentation, and involves using an electronic reporting system.

State of Wisconsin licensed RN

Previous experience with Hedis Medical Record Review & Abstraction experience highly preferred

Previous experience with medical records/familiarity with medical records (both paper and electronic)

Proficiency with PC-based systems and the ability to learn new information systems and software programs quickly.

Ability to interact effectively with healthcare providers.

A personal vehicle, valid State of Wisconsin motor vehicle operator's license and conformity with insurance coverage limits is also required.
