Wat ga je doen als HR Payroll officer

Om onze Eastman Gent activiteiten te ondersteunen zijn we in onze Human Resources afdeling op zoek naar een HR Payroll Officer die mee het verschil wil maken in een internationale productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en mensgericht HR-beleid centraal staan.

  • Je komt terecht in een leuk en gedreven HR team dat dagelijks medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteund bij al hun personeelsvragen.
  • Samen met je collega’s, zet je je schouders onder een waardegedreven en inclusief personeelsbeleid.
  • Je bent het eerste contact voor een groep van medewerkers, waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor het volledige loonbeheer, inclusief de opvolging van sociale documenten (arbeidscontracten, verzekeringen, thematische verloven, verlof, indiensten enz...)
  • Je ondersteunt het overleg met onze sociale partners, en zet de genomen beslissingen om in toe te passen acties.
  • Je draagt zorg voor voldoende en tijdige HR informatie naar medewerkers en management. 
Wat verwacht Eastman van jou als HR Payroll Officer?
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master HRM/ personeelswerk of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring mt payroll en personeelsadministratie in een productie vestiging.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de Belgische sociale wetgeving (arbeiders en bedienden) en loonsadministratie (ervaring met het EBlox pakket van SD Worx en Protime is een pluspunt).
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig,flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert helder, discreet en mensgericht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar schakelt ook vlot binnen een team.
