Job description

Responsibilities
  • As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the youth in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies to support the youth
  • Accurately track client progress 
  • Client Engagement: Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement
  • Challenging Behaviors: Manage and address challenging behaviors according to individualized behavior plans and training
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test (Required)
  • Reliable transportation to school sites 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current CPR if applicable
