Job description

$23โ€“$27 per hour | Full-Time & Part-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday School Hours

We are now hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026โ€“2027 school year to provide ABA support to students with autism and behavioral needs in schools across Orange County, CA.

There may also be opportunities to begin earlier, including summer 2026 placements and end-of-year openings for the remainder of the current school year, depending on school-site needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures

  • Support studentsโ€™ communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skill development

  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

  • Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 6+ months of ABA experience (required)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation to school sites across Orange County

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
