This full-time position is primarily onsite at our modern hospital facility, which boasts advanced treatment options and diagnostic technologies. You will work approximately 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As part of a dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with specialized healthcare professionals, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists. Additionally, on-call responsibilities may be required on a rotational basis, which will be discussed during the interview process to agree on a balance between quality patient care and physician well-being.

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat conditions, ensuring all relevant medical histories and physical examinations are comprehensively assessed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating both medical and surgical pathways, tailored to the diagnoses and needs of each patient.
• Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus operations, with careful attention to the latest surgical methodologies and patient safety standards.
• Prescribe effective medications and treatment regimens, actively managing patient symptoms and promoting healing through careful follow-up care.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring a unified approach to patient treatment and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options, fostering shared decision-making and comprehensive understanding of preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records, documenting services provided, treatment plans, and patient interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Commit to continuous learning by staying current on otolaryngology research through ongoing education, workshops, and professional networks.
• Uphold high ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations throughout all patient interactions.

Our patient population in Anaheim encompasses a diverse demographic, including children, adults, and seniors experiencing various otolaryngological conditions. • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology.
• Board certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Current, valid state medical license to practice in California.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of ENT conditions with precision and care.
• Expertise in surgical techniques relevant to otolaryngology, demonstrating proficiency in the latest surgical innovations.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and families.
• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed on advancements in the field.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an ENT physician is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a collaborative clinical setting that values teamwork and interdisciplinary communication.
