SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice at the South Healthplex in Moore, Oklahoma . • Established, team-oriented practice with a welcoming and supportive culture
• EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation and care coordination
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
• Limited phone-only call responsibilities
• Full-scope Family Medicine practice
• 24 modern exam rooms , with each provider having access to 3–4 dedicated rooms
• Private physician office
• On-site laboratory and radiology services conveniently located within the building
• Experienced and dedicated clinical staff committed to physician success
