Job description

Avera Health Care Clinic is seeking a BE/BC internal medicine physician to join a primary care continuity clinic:

  • Outpatient only, no call responsibilities
  • Carry out Averas mission of providing free medical care to all uninsured patients
  • Faculty position at Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota Internal Medicine residency program
  • Expectation of participating in Residency Coordinating Committee and Department of Internal Medicine Appointment at Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota
  • Teach and mentor Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota internal medicine residents, medical students, and PA students.
  • Will work with nursing students and other allied health students from a variety of colleges and universities.
  • EMR for longitudinal care
