Job Summary:
Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is dedicated to improving the health of older adults through a value-based care model. The Senior Analyst, Operations Strategy will support high-priority operational and strategic projects aimed at enhancing service operations and performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Complete analysis and build reports to derive insights on Oak Street’s operational performance, identify opportunities to improve results, and ensure progress towards annual performance targets
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and proactively identify solutions for problems
• Support implementation planning and roll out, assess impact on center, care teams, and central operations (e.g., call center), support operational strategy development to minimize disruptions
• Convey updates effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations to field leaders, care teams, and leadership
• Track progress against key initiatives, milestones, and outcomes; surface risks and opportunities proactively
• Act as a bridge between field support teams and centralized patient support functions to ensure alignment and smooth transitions
• Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare, population health, provider-facing operations, or related fields
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups across levels and functions

• Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with practical, results-oriented solutions
