This full-time position allows for a unique opportunity to work remotely while providing essential mental health care to diverse populations in our outpatient psychiatric office located in Springfield, Illinois. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, develop effective treatment plans, and monitor progress regularly.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care and support for patients.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records while adhering to legal and ethical standards in documentation.
