This position allows for flexibility by enabling mental health counselors to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and client comfort throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create measurable therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing feedback and progress assessments.
• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to respond to individual client preferences and changing needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, therapy session notes, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with professional standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance professional skills and ensure optimal therapeutic practices.

• A current and valid mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients through virtual methods, establishing a supportive and therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records within an electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Prior experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, particularly with familiarity in using teletherapy software and approaches.
• Experience with specific client populations, such as those with trauma histories or severe anxiety, is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continued education and training in mental health fields.
