Job description

ACI is seeking a Health Care Systems Analyst to join our team. We provide data analytics using daily, weekly and monthly reports , as well as prepare Ad-Hoc reports using the CHCS, MDR & GENESIS environment.
Duties:
  • The Business Analyst supports requests from analysts and senior leaders for data mining and research
  • Reviews and reports on performance of the organization/teams expenditures against projects
  • Provides analysis of metrics collected on various projects and compliance items for Senior Leadership
  • Helps support the DPM in evaluating existing planning and processes to identify improvements and implements those improvements that make the SDLC more efficient and understandable to the organization/team.
  • Develops complex analytic reports using advanced Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Performs data mining and generates consolidated reports from the DoD Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and HealtheIntent (HeI) environments.
  • Oversees the daily flow of data coming from the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) using direct feeds from CHCS and its dependencies.
  • Familiarity with Military Health System (MHS) data.
  • Works closely with the team to create spreadsheets for tracking data collection for individual projects/products
  • Updates documentation, processes and customer support documentation as needed
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Strong prior experience supporting DHA (CHCS, M2, MDR, or HealtheAnalytics)
  • Already cleared or eligible to obtain an ADP Level II Public Trust Clearance
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or other Microsoft products
  • Experience working in military healthcare environment
  • Experienced with data analytic tools (Tableau software, SQL, or Excel products)
  • Ability to assess customer needs and translate to business case
  • Understands processes, key measurements, operating level targets, etc.
  • Excellent, clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written, necessary to present ideas, to collaborate effectively, and to gain influence at all levels of the organization
