Risk Management SpecialistAbout Helpside:

For more than 30 years, we have collaborated with and supported small to medium-sized businesses by providing Payroll, HR, Workers’ Compensation, and Benefits solutions. Our goal is to support our clients in such a way that they can continue to grow their businesses and not worry about employee administration.

Role Overview:

The Risk Management Specialist position is responsible for assisting the Risk Management team in many of the administrative responsibilities needed to service our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administration of and processing of payments on clients’ workers’ compensation policies
  • Providing proof of workers’ compensation insurance as requested by clients
  • Administration support for safety director including tracking of client safety certifications and producing, printing and laminating of said certifications
  • Providing reports to clients for insurance audits
  • Administration of Helpside cyber security training
  • Administration of Helpside bonding insurance needs
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Intermediate mathematical and data analysis skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Risk management and/or insurance experience a plus, but not required
