Required skills

A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Oracle 9i/10g/11g, DB2 or MS SQL Server, Window, Linux, UNIX or AIX, SQL or PL/SQL, XMSL, HTML/CSS or JavaScript, JIRA/JAMA or MS Project, MS Office applications.

Ability to analyze operational needs of enterprise IT systems, gathered requirements from business units and creation of various decision model and rule sheet artifacts.

Experience working with development and testing teams to create test cases and test sheets for automated testing.

Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business processes, converting requirements into technical solutions, coordinating application development, testing and implementation.

Experience in quality review and analyses of project deliverables

Desired Skills

Two years of experience utilizing Corticon modeling studio to model, optimize and package business rules for a large IT system.

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into rules.

Experience with constructing data models and vocabularies based on various database types such as XML.

Experience designing rules and event solutions using modeling tools and decision model standards.

Advanced familiarity with Rules Engines to author complex rules for large datasets.

Experience working with PMO processes, policies and procedures.

Experience as a Technical Project Manager using Agile methodologies, Scrum or SAFe framework.

Experience in quality assurance and quality control of large scale Human

Services or Health Care Systems.
