Corporate Development, Healthcare Associate
AllerVie Health | Frisco, TX (Hybrid) | Full-Time
AllerVie Health is one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing allergy and immunology platforms, with roughly 60 clinic locations across ten states. We're hiring a Corporate Development Associate to sit at the center of our growth strategy, working directly with the CEO, CFO, and VP of Strategy & Transformation on live deals.
What You'll Do
  • Build acquisition models from scratch with minimal oversight, including rate uplift, payer mix, and synergy analysis
  • Lead due diligence across financial, operational, and payer contract workstreams
  • Draft CIMs, investment memos, LOIs, and management presentations
  • Manage and prioritize AllerVie's acquisition pipeline and market mapping
  • Prepare board and PE sponsor materials tied directly to active deals
  • Contribute to the annual BD roadmap and multi-year growth plan

What We're Looking For
  • 3 to 6 years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or healthcare advisory experience, with direct deal experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, you can build a working acquisition model from scratch
  • Healthcare services experience, you understand how payer contracts and RCM dynamics drive deal value
  • Strong written communication for executive-facing materials
  • Comfortable owning multiple workstreams independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred
  • Prior exposure to PE-backed healthcare platforms or physician practice management
  • Experience with payer contracting, reimbursement analysis, or revenue cycle in a deal context
  • Familiarity with multi-site or multi-state provider organizations
