This role collaborates closely with various business units to understand their needs, troubleshoot application issues, configure software, and ensure optimal performance of application platforms. The analyst also plays a key role in implementing new systems, performing upgrades, and supporting system integrations to drive process improvements and deliver better business outcomes. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:•Job is an individual contributor.

•Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports. •ERP and other IT applications supporting the business and logging of new requests. •Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

•Responding to business user queries. •Training and mentoring business application users. •Creating Test scripts and executing Systems Acceptance Testing •Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

•Works cohesively with all departments and stakeholders internally. •Introducing change configuration within the business applications or business process. •Preparation of business cases for application improvements.

•Create self-learning and attend internal training courses. •Creating problem reviews of root cause analysis and introducing permanent fixes •Willingness to learn innovative technologies and tools. •This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures.

This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. •Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills: •3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.

•Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products. •Have the ability to build relationships with ease, encouraging a positive team spirit •Be flexible, results driven, willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm •Have the ability to prioritize workload and work effectively when under pressure •Have a strong attention to detail •Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply that learning to core business application support. •Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Education: • BA/BS or equivalent is preferred. Compensation/Benefits: The base salary for this position ranges from a low of $97,644.00 to a maximum of $146,466, with offers typically between the low and middle of the range, based on education, skills, experience and internal equity among other factors. This role is also eligible to participate in the company annual discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
