Key Technologies :   Specialty Mail Application
Candidates should either have specialty mail application or portal development experience. Ideally, candidates would have both.
What you will do:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business information needs as requested by internal and external customers.
Acts as a liaison between business units and IT departments.
Participates in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts.
Create functional and Technical Design Specifications based on business needs.
Communicates and monitors project development.
Participates on development team for the purpose of defining project scope, sizing & technical design, testing, training and implementation of applications.
Skills & Experience:
Above-average ability to communicate and present ideas and information effectively.
        Excellent documentation skills.
        Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities.
        Excellent analytical abilities and can develop logical framework for resolving/analyzing problems
        Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
        Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
        Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office products (including Project and Visio)
        Healthcare / PBM Industry Experience that includes:
        Understanding of Mail Order work flow
        Knowledge of RxExpress, RxClaim, and other PBM platforms
