) Vertus HealthCare, a leading Medicare Certified home health agency, is seeking a talented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening business partnerships with referral sources, leading the growth of our agency, and supporting the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen business partnerships with hospital systems, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, hospice, outpatient, ancillary, ACOs, BPCI, and C-Suite Executives for our core businesses in Palm Beach County
  • Provide leadership and direction for Home Health Agency operations
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for Home Health Services (sales/marketing and operations)
  • Identify and attain overall census growth targets in Palm Beach County
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations to secure, retain, and grow strategic partnerships

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills and ability in fiscal accountability, communication, interpersonal relations, customer service, problem solving, planning, and organizing, data analysis, conflict resolution, and other leadership qualities
  • Proven track record with strategy planning, development, and execution
  • Experience in Home health, hospice, private duty, skilled nursing, medical staffing, and responsible for all marketing/sales

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in health administration or business or related area; RN Licensed preferred
  • Strong experience in home health sales, private duty, hospice, and operations
  • Demonstrated experience in Home Health/Hospice
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of Florida, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Readily available and able for local travel; travel may be required supporting home health agency
  • Experience in Medicare/Medicaid, Private Duty Home Health Sales, Account Manager, and Business Development
