Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role is vital to the success of our staffing efforts, requiring the ability to source, attract, and retain top healthcare talent. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across various healthcare settings, including home health, VMS, MSPs, acute care hospitals, clinics, and behavioral health facilities. Experience in Per Diem, Full-Time, Part-Time, Temp-to-Hire, Permanent Placement, and Contract staffing is essential. This position is in office and has an option for hybrid (4 days in and 1 remote) based on performance, time within company and leadership discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to source candidates outside of the CRM/ATS to maintain a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
  • Source for a variety of roles, including but not limited to:
  • Home Health Aides (HHAs)
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Licensed Practical Nurses / Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVNs)
  • Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs)
  • Allied Health Professionals (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Social Workers, etc.)

Recruitment

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match them with appropriate job opportunities within our client network.
  • Deliver a high level of service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Industry Knowledge

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, including acute care, home health, behavioral health, and clinic/detox settings, to accurately assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Outbound Calling

  • ยทConduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to warm and cold candidates to generate interest and fill open positions.

Relationship Management

  • ยท Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships and continued success.

Compliance & Pre-Hire Coordination

  • ยท Ensure all candidates meet required licensing, certification, and background check requirements.
  • ยท Collaborate with HR and Compliance to ensure candidates are fully cleared before their start date.
  • ยท If conducting in-house drug screens, forward final results and all related documentation to HR for review and recordkeeping.

Performance Metrics

  • ยท Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, including placement rates, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction scores.
  • ยท Document all activities in our CR/ATS which his our system of record.

Orientation Support

  • ยท Coordinate and assist with PRN staff orientations.
  • ยท Prepare and issue employee ID badges as needed.
  • ยท Ensure completed files are submitted to HR for full compliance review.

In-Bound Call Support

  • ยท Assist with high-volume inbound calls as part of the recruitment teamโ€™s shared responsibilities.

Additional Duties

  • ยท Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment, staffing operations, HR, or client requirements.

Qualifications

  • ยท 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with specific experience in home health, VMS, MSPs, acute care hospitals, clinics, behavioral health, and/or detox facilities.
  • ยท Proficiency with CRM/ATS systems, as well as sourcing tools and platforms outside of these systems.
  • ยท Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
  • ยท Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
