About the Role:
As a Program Analyst, you'll apply program analysis, process improvement, and operations management expertise to help federal offices execute priorities, strengthen operations, and achieve mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Supporting the development and execution of division/office priorities, goals, requirements, and objectives
  • Conducting research and analysis to maximize impact and minimize costs; managing deadlines and promoting desired outcomes
  • Developing and coordinating staffing plans, recommended efficiencies, process flows, and standard operating procedures
  • Managing and reconciling program or engagement expenditures; integrating data into performance and ROI metrics and lessons learned
  • Supporting workforce development and training initiatives
  • Providing oversight, management, and development of records management and knowledge management processes
  • Analyzing and interpreting program output data associated with office accomplishments and measurable impacts
  • Assisting with the identification of programmatic strengths and weaknesses
  • Preparing status reports, briefing materials, and other deliverables for Government leadership

Location:
You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area. You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements.
Required Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience
    • or a Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience in lieu of the above
  • Demonstrated experience with cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience managing quick-turn requirements, tasks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced federal environment
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex assignments under tight timelines, shifting priorities, and limited resources
  • Ability to translate formal requirements or ambiguous direction into structured work plans, workflows, tracking mechanisms, and repeatable processes that reduce duplication and improve efficiency
  • Experience engaging with senior government leaders, contractors, and external stakeholders across meetings, briefings, and day-to-day coordination settings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • US citizenship required

Preferred Experience/Skills:
  • Prior experience supporting this Federal client or similar federal agencies in a comparable operational or mission-support capacity
  • Experience supporting other Federal civilian agencies in a program or operations analyst capacity
  • Background in acquisition support, program management support, or shared-services operations for a Federal client
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum style project management
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Atlassian Tools (JIRA), or similar program management/reporting platforms
  • Experience supporting financial or programmatic status reporting (e.g., monthly financial reports, monthly status reports) in a Federal contracting environment
