Job description

Job Title: Senior Project Lead (Health IT / Policy)

Experience: 5โ€“7+ years

Overview:
Seeking an experienced professional to lead complex projects involving stakeholder engagement, vendor management, procurement, and health IT initiatives. This role focuses on onboarding providers, establishing KPIs, and driving continuous quality improvement while ensuring compliance with federal guidelines. Occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage vendors, procurement processes, and contract negotiations
  • Support onboarding of providers and oversee technical/vendor teams
  • Define KPIs and implement continuous improvement processes
  • Contribute to policy analysis and health IT program development
  • Provide technical guidance across platforms, applications, and architecture
  • Oversee analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in health IT, health services, and health policy
  • Proven project leadership and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in procurement, vendor oversight, and contracts
