Responsibilities


Generate quotes, present policies, and guide customers through the sales process from first conversation to bound coverage.

Must have excellent follow up skills

Build trust by answering questions, handling objections with patience, and making sure customers feel informed and confident.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to help grow the agencys book of business.

Call on warm leads

Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying gaps in coverage and recommending thoughtful solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and policy details.

Work closely with the agency team to support a smooth, positive experience for every customer.


Requirements

Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license

Prior insurance sales experience

Excellent closing skills

Strong communication skills with a clear, friendly phone presence

Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Comfort working with quoting systems, policy documentation, and basic computer tools

Dependable follow-through on calls, leads, and customer requests

High school diploma or equivalent; additional insurance coursework is a plus

Bilingual communication skills are a plus
