We are seeking motivated Corporate Health Insurance Consultants to build relationships with employers and help them improve their employee benefits programs.
Position Summary
The Corporate Health Insurance Consultant develops new business by working directly with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and executive teams to evaluate employee benefit needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
This is a relationship-driven, business development role with unlimited earning potential for professionals who enjoy networking, consultative selling, and helping organizations care for their employees.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new employer relationships.
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess employee benefit needs.
  • Present customized employee benefits strategies and insurance solutions.
  • Coordinate with carrier and brokerage partners to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Guide clients through plan comparisons, enrollment, renewals, and benefit changes.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Develop referral relationships with:
