Position Overview:
Are you passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most? Our State Farm agency is seeking a customer-focused Life/Health insurance specialist to join our team.
 
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through coverage options that provide long-term financial security and peace of mind. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact through protection planning.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers on life and health insurance products.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up
  • Support customers through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Collaborate with the team to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and financial regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Life & Health license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred)
