Job description

As a Unit Coordinator, you'll be a central point of communication for the care team, supporting nurses, caregivers, residents, and families. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that care plans, schedules, and resident needs are managed efficiently and compassionately
Unit Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
• Recent experience as an Unit Coordinator in an assisted living community preferred
• Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
• Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
• Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
• Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
• Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
• Should have great 'people skills'
• Should be able to be okay to be 'on-call'
Unit Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
• CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience (Preferred)
