Job Status: Full Time, Exempt – This position is a “Contingent Hire” position contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.

Salary Range: $87,124/year - $114,053/year

Job Description: Individual will serve as the Q.E.D. Systems IT Manager in support of U.S. Navy Planning Yard requirements, supporting Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Design Ship Checks, Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), Configuration Management, Logistics Support, Ship Availability Planning, and In-service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support. The Q.E.D. Systems IT Manager will report to the Q.E.D. Systems Program Manager (PM) and will be responsible for managing and overseeing all LCS Planning Yard IT requirements, including managing all LCS PY hardware and software requirements, personnel IT credentialing requirements, CMMC coordination and oversight, and maiagagin the LCS PY Hull Management System (HMS), the LCS PY Integrated Product Data Environment (IPDE), the LCS PY Class Material Catalogue (CMC).

Job Requirements/skill sets: A minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Government programs and Government contract IT requirements, including computer hardware and software requirements, database systems, Government IT systems, and IT training and credentialling. Experience must include Microsoft products CAD software systems, systems administration, cybersecurity, IT Help Desk, and computer network systems.

Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree, or two years of formal education with a minimum of 10-years of experience.

Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
