Job description

Veradigm is seeking a visionary and strategic Director, Data Partnerships to lead our efforts to establish and manage partnerships for our Claims, EHR and Registry data. This includes selling data to partners for their own use and potential aggregation and the development of derivative data as well as to marketplaces who would represent and resell our data.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead a data partnership team with both established clients and seeking new partners
  • Define and execute a partnership strategy that maximizes our revenue and profitability while expanding our RWD footprint.
  • Work with cross-functional teams developing and maintaining data, consulting teams utilizing our data and corporate functions protecting legal, privacy and compliance components

Client Engagement & Growth

  • Develop your network of firms who utilize and potentially resell real world data and solutions
  • Comfort calling at all levels of life sciences companies.

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure sales and partner effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform future strategy.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA, FDA, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of data privacy and ethical marketing practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in real world data sales, healthcare marketing, or life sciences.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling data products or platforms.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience selling data into life sciences companies and third parties
  • Familiarity with Veradigm's ecosystem or similar health IT platforms.
  • Background in working with pharmaceutical brand teams

Compensation Range:

$142,000-$188,150

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
