Title: Clinical Informatics Specialist 
Location: Remote 
Duration: 9+ Months 
Position Overview

This role provides critical clinical informatics expertise to align clinical data with industry standards, support certification activities, and resolve data quality issues. The position is essential to delivering the Digital Quality Measure (dQM) use case and meeting commitments outlined in the Medicaid Quality Population Health and Evaluation (QPHE) Implementation Advance Planning Document (IAPD), particularly the planned expansion of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Data Aggregator Validation program.

The Clinical Informatics Specialist will provide clinical informatics expertise, ensuring complex clinical data is aligned with industry standards and requirements. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining certification documentation, resolving data quality issues, and guiding both technical and clinical teams through the nuances of clinical data standards. Without this specialized expertise, the program cannot scale as planned, and the organization risks delays in achieving key Digital Quality Measure (dQM) milestones.
