Job description

โ€ข Collaborate with the Downtown Atlanta Inc. leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned
with the organizationโ€™s mission and goals and ensure HR perspectives are integrated into
decision-making processes.
โ€ข Cultivate effective relationships with external HR-related organizations and service providers,
especially ADP, the contracted Human Resources provider for Atlanta Downtown.
โ€ข Assist executive leadership in managing ADID and CAPโ€™s Total Rewards (compensation,
benefits, and leave) programs to maintain competitiveness and alignment with organizational
values.
โ€ข Develop, implement, and oversee performance management systems, including performance
appraisal frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting processes.
โ€ข Provide recommendations and support for Total Rewards studies and analyze compensation
and benefits trends.
โ€ข Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers, focusing on cultivating diverse
candidate pools.
โ€ข Oversee onboarding and training processes to ensure successful integration of new
employees.
โ€ข Develop and implement employee retention strategies to attract and retain high-performing
talent.
โ€ข Provide guidance and support to executive leadership and people managers to create and
maintain an inclusive work environment.
โ€ข Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees, addressing inquiries and facilitating
conflict resolution and investigations ensuring compliance with organizational policies and
