HR Generalist / Recruiter

Location: Smyrna, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25–$29/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our growing physician group in Smyrna, GA. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employee support, and HR administration.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while leading recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician, clinical, and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and maintain job postings across multiple platforms
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and general HR inquiries
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR functions as needed
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related communications
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of HR Generalist and/or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a physician practice environment
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare or medical office positions
  • Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
