Social Media Content Coordinator

This position is based in Spokane, WA and would require a relocation to that market.

$22–$28 per hour or $50,000–$60,000 annually

About the Role

We are a fast-growing Northwest-based restaurant company with a healthy mindset that gives back to the communities we serve. We are seeking a creative, high-energy Social Media Content Coordinator based in the Spokane area.

This hands-on role focuses on photography, videography, and social content creation. You will regularly shoot store teams, so personality and energy matter just as much as technical skill.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture professional photos and videos of food, store operations, and promotions
  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Produce weekly podcast-style content
  • Manage social media calendars, captions, engagement, and basic analytics
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and support franchise locations
  • Run efficient, organized photo/video shoots with clear direction
  • Travel to store openings and key events as needed (preferred)

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone with real social content personality who is also skilled behind the camera. You must be:

  • Outgoing and personable — your energy directly affects how comfortable and natural team members feel on camera
  • Organized and direct when leading shoots
  • Comfortable appearing on camera yourself (strong bonus)
  • Experienced in food photography and short-form video (1–3+ years preferred)
  • Proficient with cameras, lighting, and editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Able to work regularly at Spokane-area stores

Location requirement: Must be based in the Spokane area. This is not a remote role.

Compensation

  • Hourly: $22–$28 per hour, or
  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Some light travel to new cities and regions needed, as the company grows

How to Apply

Submit your resume, portfolio (or links to your social media content/work samples), and a brief note about why you’d be a great fit. Strong food photography and video examples are required.
