  • Continue learning through ongoing training and professional development 
  • Behavior Therapist (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications   
Required Skills
  • RBT Certification preferred, not required- we'll help you get certified!  
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience with children, education, or caregiving preferred, not required - we’ll train you!
  • Bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare preferred
