We are seeking experienced Cold Callers to join our team at FL42, SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach. As a Cold Calling Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting lead generation in the Tampa Bay / Hillsborough County area. About the Role:

As a Cold Calling Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating leads and scheduling appointments. You will follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure a professional and effective approach. Additionally, you will log call activity in our system/CRM to track progress and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the Tampa Bay / Hillsborough County area

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments with qualified clients

  • Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure a professional and effective approach
