Now Hiring! We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented Verification Agents to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with immediate start dates available.

We are looking for applicants who are ready to begin as soon as possible. While this position is fully remote, you must have your own reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Schedule:
We strongly prefer candidates who are available to work Pacific Time (PT) hours while supporting a company that operates on Central Time (CT). Availability for evenings, nights, and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound verification calls from our internal sales team.
  • Confirm and verify client application information before submission to insurance carriers.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls when additional information or clarification is needed, including pending termination calls.
  • Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Enter client information into our system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain professional, courteous communication on every call.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
  • Must have your own computer, USB headset, and reliable high-speed internet.
  • Comfortable using web-based systems, CRMs, and calling software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
  • Candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone are preferred.
