Job description

Trilingual Customer Support Agent - Remote (ENG +SPA +RUS)

This is a full-time remote (work-from-home) Customer Support Agent position. In this role, you will be part of our customer support team, providing front-line support (and occasionally sales assistance) to English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers located in the USA and Canada.

You will learn to proactively identify the areas for product/service improvements and participate in implementations of solutions to increase customer satisfaction, user growth and retention. We're looking for team players who bring a desire to have an impact on the organization and are ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly.

Qualifications

•You must be fluent, clear and concise communicator (oral and written) in English, Russian and Spanish. You have at least 1 year of experience in customer support (or sales) role servicing English-speaking customers.

•You are tech-savvy and familiar with basic smartphone/tablet configurations.

•You will need a reliable access to high-speed internet and provide your own laptop or desktop computer with a headset (required for making/receiving phone calls from our Helpdesk/CRM).

•Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM software such as Zendesk is a plus, but not required.

•Familiarity with a trucking/logistics industry is a plus, but not required.

A personal computer with a headset and high-speed internet is required for making/receiving calls from our CRM system.
