Job Details:

Location: Edmonton North - 17718 114 Avenue, Edmonton Alberta

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, varying shifts. 25 hours per week (some Saturdays may be required)

Wage: $26.36 per hour

The Operations Support Representative collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting and prepares manager reports and maintains documents to ensure document accuracy and proper completion. The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities

Enter billing and shipping data and reconciles Chain of Signature (COS) documents.
Prepare, collect, track, and store courier documentation 
Collect, track, and store courier documentation in the Red Bin to ensure document quality and completeness
Prepare the Red bin to be sent to the Hub in the evening
Complete administrative functions 
Track 407 transponder usage logs to ensure all transponders are returned
Prepare reports for managers to ensure accuracy
Test and maintain an inventory of replacement batteries for handheld package scanners Replace consumed batteries
Send malfunctioning scanners for repair to external repair vendor.
Answer emails and resolve document completion issues with Lead Hand, managers, and scanner repair vendors

    • Listening to customers and key partners
    • Communicating to customers and key partners in a positive manner
