Job description

Our client, a respected and well-established jewellery retailer in Fort Saskatchewan, is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead their team and oversee day-to-day store operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching a team, working directly with customers and creating a welcoming, professional retail environment. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting operational excellence and ensuring every customer receives attentive, knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, coach and support the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Set clear expectations and help team members achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Participate actively in sales and assist customers in selecting meaningful pieces.
  • Build long-standing client relationships through attentive service, trust and integrity.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage based on business needs.
