Job description

KLR Executive Search is partnering with Chislom Chislom & Kilpatrack (CCK) to identify its Head of People Operations to serve as the Firm's Senior Human Resources executive, reporting directly to the Managing Partner and partnering closely with the executive leadership team. This strategic, hands-on leader will shape CCK's people strategy, strengthen organizational culture, attract and develop exceptional talent, and build the HR infrastructure needed to support continued growth across a nationally recognized law firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to align people strategy with long-term business objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, learning and development, and HR technology.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Coach and develop leaders while fostering a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative culture.
  • Enhance HR systems, processes, reporting, and employee experience to support continued organizational growth.
  • Partner with Finance on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and annual budgeting.


Ideal Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Proven success building and leading HR strategy within a growing organization.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence.
  • Broad expertise across all major HR disciplines.
