Job description

The firmwide Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) is an essential part of our Firm's commitment to ensuring we maintain a strong risk and control environment. Working closely with our partners across Risk Management, Compliance, Operational Risk, and Control Management, our goal is to provide insights and opportunities to our business owners to help maintain a strong risk and control environment in support of their business delivery. 


As an Executive Director in the Chief Administrative Office, you will define and drive the TCoE's strategic roadmap, operating model evolution, transformation agenda, innovation strategy and enterprise integration priorities. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Testing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Compliance, Control Management and Audit. You will also help shape the future of one of the firm's largest control testing organizations, enabling scalable, technology-driven, and efficient delivery across a global organization of more than 1,100 employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the TCoE strategic roadmap, operating model, and multi-year transformation agenda.
  • Lead innovation, automation, AI, and workforce transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and delivery outcomes.
  • Own enterprise portfolio governance, strategic prioritization, and investment planning processes, ensuring alignment of transformation initiatives, regulatory commitments, and business objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning for the TCoE, including annual objectives, multi-year roadmaps, executive scorecards, and governance frameworks that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
  • Own executive communications and stakeholder engagement for the TCoE strategy and transformation agenda, developing leadership messaging, presentations, business reviews, and governance materials that align stakeholders to the organization's vision, priorities, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison across Control Management, Compliance, Audit, Risk, Product, Technology, and Data organizations, building alignment, influencing decisions, and driving enterprise integration.
  • Drive major transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, process optimization, technology modernization, organizational effectiveness, and change adoption.
  • Partner across Product, Technology, Data, Compliance, Audit, and Control Management to accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise priorities.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, recommendations, and decision options.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic performance assessments, leadership offsites, and executive governance routines to ensure alignment between organizational investments, priorities, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, business management, management consulting, product management, operations, risk, controls or compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to define organizational strategy, influence executive decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes across large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives, operating model redesign, and organizational change programs.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps, enterprise governance frameworks, and multi-year transformation plans.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive communications, board-level presentations, governance materials, and strategic messaging for senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes across complex stakeholder environments without direct authority and build alignment across multiple functions.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Experience within Risk, Compliance, Control Management, Audit, Testing, or other governance-oriented organizations.
  • Experience leading data, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Data, and Operations organizations to deliver enterprise-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Experience supporting executive committees, regulatory engagements, board reporting, or other senior governance forums.
  • Familiarity with operating model design, workforce strategy, enterprise change management, and organizational effectiveness programs.
