About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Head of HR to join the senior HR leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping, leading, and delivering HR services across a complex, multi-site environment. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with significant influence across the organisation.

We’re looking for a commercially-minded HR leader who enjoys being close to the business, solving real operational challenges, developing high-performing teams, and personally leading the most complex people matters.

Candidate Requirements

You’ll be an experienced senior HR leader who thrives in operational, fast-paced environments and understands the realities of supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large multi-site organisation
  • Deep expertise in UK employment law and complex employee relations
